Issue #12157: Blood's Honor - Kodlak is naked

Sometimes when you return to Jorrvaskr, you find that the corpse of Kodlak is naked. This seems to be a fairly regular problem in this quest, but also sometimes happens to Veezara when you find his body in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary.

As fixed as I can make it for USKP 1.3.2. The game engine refuses to equip his stuff via scripts, so if he's already naked, that's never fixing itself.

Maybe another way to solve this : disabling and deleting the already existing corpse, then replacing it with a brand new dead clone, already properly equipped.

Also, maybe equipping items on a dead NPC is an undocumented restriction. So why not trying to resurrect him, equip him properly, then kill him back ?

BTW, as he is supposed to be afflicted by lycanthropy, he may have gone back to his human form when being killed. When transforming into a werewolf, the player is naked when turning back to human. So, is it really a bug or is it on purpose ? Also, I agree, he disguts lycanthropy and he may not have used it.

Only speculations, I don't really know what should be done .

This was fixed for good by adding an OnLoad() event to force the corpse to equip the 3 items he should have. Since the body can't be looted, this affects nothing.

What about Veezara who suffers from the same problem?
