Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch

Several unique items and npcs respawn in White River Watch after it has been cleared. Hajvarr Iron-Hand and Ulfr the Blind reappear alongside Ulfr's book, a note to Rodulf, Hajvarr's journal and the Ironhand gauntlets. Ulfr's book is on the table in front of where he sits upon entering the dungeon. The note is dropped by a bandit outside by the entrance. The other two items are carried by Hajvarr himself. I had returned about a month in game time to find them again.

Also when I first cleared the place I did not kill Ulfr as he does not attack you on sight and a conforntation with him can be avoided by the player. Everyone else was killed however. The dungeon was still marked as clear on the world/local map.
