Issue #12526: Movarth's Lair cannot be cleared.

 
Movarth's Lair cannot be cleared despite have the LocTypeClearable keyword and boss-level enemies indicating that it should be possible. A boss ref type should be added to Movarth (if Laid to Rest is active) or a vampire boss (if it isn't).
