Issue #12566: [Hearthfire] Windstad Manor carpenter's bench not removed

 
UHFP#2.90 This time it's Windstad Manor, although may affect all houses.
The carpenter's bench in the cellar isn't removed when I remove all the workbenches. I built the platform for the shrines, but I don't want to build the shrines themselves this time, so that might be connected.

Two properties were pointing to the wrong set of house items in Lakeview Manor.

Good possibility this may also address the crash issue in Lakeview Manor if I can get the retro script to kick this over.
