Issue #12577: Moth gro Bagul does not sleep

 
The orc Blacksmith Moth gro Bagul in Understone Keep in Markarth never goes to sleep, and i'm assuming it's because he isn't assigned a bed. There are two beds in his blacksmith room but they are occupied by the other orc blacksmith and her apprentice in Markarth.

Fixed for USKP 1.3.3.

Moth now has a sleep package, owns his bed, and Tacitus gets a bedroll on the other side of the forge area.
