Issue #12809: Hole in Castle Dour LODs

 
Coming from Solitude Lighthouse if you look up at Castle Dour in Solitude there is a noticeable gap underneath the castle. Both screenshots show two different distances, one is from furthest away I can get (zoomed in with bow0, second is closer as you can see the windows now appear.
