Resolution: Fixed

Issue #13066: Minor issues with weapBasicKnife01 and weapBasicFork01

 
Couple things wrong with the joke cutlery weapons, weapBasicKnife01 and weapBasicFork01:


- they're both missing the VendorItemClutter keyword;


- they both have wrong equip/unequip sounds (daggers, not swords);


- detection sound level should be silent for both, not normal;


- they're both missing impact data set, block bash impact data set, and alternate block material (again, should be daggers);


- the knife needs its critical damage upped to one (the damage for the fork is too low to qualify); and


- neither of them can be tempered (although they probably shouldn't).

I didn't add any tempering recipes, and in addition I extended the equip/unequip and detection level fixes to the shiv.
