Issue #13400: NPC floating near bed when sleeping

 
This happened in Jarl's Longhouse (Winterhold): [Link removed due to insidious advertising]

Bed has no owner, because I can sleep in it. The room is upstairs on the right side when entering longhouse.

I believe this is caused by the bed being scaled down, will check with Arth and fix if it is.
