Resolution: Fixed

Issue #13442: [Dragonborn] Several issues from the UESP website

 
None of them confirmed so far, but worth to have a look at:

(1) Blackguard's Armor may respawn (along with the rest of Glover Mallory's house)
(2) Champion's Cudgel and Hoarfrost cannot be tempered
(3) Horksbane and Stormfang may be obtained multiple times

BTW, they also say that Bloodscythe and Soulrender may disappear from weapon racks (sigh ...)

(2) Hoarfrost and Champion's Cudgel have already been fixed in UDBP 1.0.4 (Issue #12554).

Beth probably should have split Mallory's house into two cells so the reset data could be handled better.

The armor has been marked to not respawn now.
Horksbane has been marked to not respawn now.
The Reaver Lord will no longer respawn since he's actually carrying Stormfang in his inventory, and he's unique too.

So all fixed for UDBP 1.0.5.
