Issue #13521: Aerin talking to himself without Mjoll

 
Aerin is wandering in Riften talking to himself. Actually talking to Mjoll which in my case is not there, because she's my spouse. I think you've overlooked this when making a fix for Bug #157.

Actor Dialogue Event -> RiftHoldScenes -> RiftenCityScenes -> GrandPlazaConversations and MjollsHouseConversations were not verifying that both actors are present in Riften before executing the scene dialogue quests.

This will probably fix more than what was reported here.
