Issue #13807: Imperial Helmet error in Leveled List

 
LItemArmorHelmetLight (00016741) has two entries for "ArmorImperialHelmet "Imperial Helmet" [ARMO:00013EDC]" (one at lvl 8 and one at lvl 9)
those should be changed to "ArmorImperialLightHelmet "Imperial Light Helmet" [ARMO:00013EDB]"
LitemArmorHelmetlightspecial and LItemArmorHelmetLightBest are correct

Silly Beth, they keep making rookie mistakes in their leveled lists.
