Issue #14618: Boss does not respawn at Rift Watchtower

 
The boss "Orc" (base ID: 0001E7BB) at the Rift Watchtower does not respawn after 30 days. From looking in the creation kit, this is probably due to the respawn flag not being checked. This can lead to broken radiant quests to "kill the bandit leader" at this location.



Also: This may not be a bug, but the actors (enemies) at this location have inconsistent names. Out of the three bandits, only one actually has a generic bandit name (e.g. Bandit Marauder). The others are named "Orc Hunter" and "Orc".

I can confirm from testing that checking the respawn flag in the CK fixes the respawn issue for the "boss". Big surprise, I know. :D
