Issue #14791: Thirsk Hall rumor bugged

 
In DLC2DialogueRavenRockRumors, Geldis' line "Heard that Reiklings got hold..." appears to be bugged. The attached code starts the DLC2MHMisc quest...which the conditions require to already be running. I think it just needs GetQuestRunning to be == 0 instead of ==1.
