Issue #14881: Ancient Falmer Crown Not Present

 
The ancient Falmer Crown from Dawnguard is not present in-game as would be expected. Additionally, the crown is missing material type, preventing it from granting a set effect. It is also missing an armor rating, but this is arguably not a bug as it is set to behave like a circlet.

Based on data in the CK: The item is playable, can be tempered, and has armor-addon records for Argonians and Khajiit.

For those reasons, it was placed, and we decided to provide it a suitable armor rating.
