Issue #14955: FreeformOldHroldanB: bad condition checks on dialogue topics

 
Eydis still has some dialogue topics being offered after FreeformOldHroldanB has been completed that shouldn't be available anymore. There appears to be some bad condition checks on: 'FreeformOldHroldanBEydisScreamingBranchTopic' and 'FreeformOldHroldanBEydisGhostBranchTopic'.
