Issue #15858: Inverted HD carpet pelts

 
textures/architecture/farmhouse/pelt0X-n (x = 1-3) has inverted red and green channel. the pelts behave as when sinking into the ground, as opposed to being on top.

the pelts also appear to be made of plastic, because the normal is too hard. softening the normal fixes this.
