Issue #16217: WIAssault02: children should not be valid targets for assault

 
Children being available as targets in the quest "Scare my Enemy" (a.k.a. WIAssault02) was obviously unintentional on the part of the developers. I noticed this after Lemkil (in Rorikstead) asked me to assault his daughter, Britte.
