Issue #16406: BYOHHouseFalkreath: misc quest problem

 
It is possible to have the miscellaneous objective to "Speak to the Jarl of Falkreath" (a.k.a. 'BYOHHouseFalkreath') become permanently stuck in your journal.




I "accidentally" bugged the quest by not reading the letter ('BYOHHouseJarlIntroLetter') from Jarl Siddgeir (that the courier delivers) prior to talking to him about "more work" (topic: 'Favor154QuestGiverBranchTopic'). After I had already accepted and completed his favor quest to slay the bandits (Favor154), I read the letter and the miscellaneous objective to "Speak to the Jarl of Falkreath" appeared in my journal, which shouldn't happen since it is impossible to complete by this point.
