Issue #16535: Unable to invest in the Drunken Huntsman

 
Possible USKP Regression:

Elrindir doesn't give the option to invest in The Drunken Huntsman, despite this supposedly being addressed back in USKP 2.0.0 (see Bug #13125).

Several others have confirmed this as well, as can be seen in the original post [here].

This isn't a USKP regression btw. It's a separate dialogue conditions problem that existed all along but wasn't noticed when we fixed the missing variable in 2.0.0.
