Issue #17520: Stallion's potion is marked as stolen

The stallion's potion (ID: <span class="idall"><span class="idref">00<span class="idcase">05566A) used in Bothela's Discreet Delivery (FreeformMarkarthJ) is for some reason marked as stolen when Bothela gives it to you.

Fixed for USKP 2.0.7.

The potion bottle is normally disabled, so marking it as owned by the player will fix it for this.
