Issue #17929: Dungeon music plays in Raven Rock Residences

 
In Ienth Farm and also in Morvayn Manor Chambers, instead of continuing to play town music or whatever the norm is, the audio is instead the threatening dungeon music considering there is nothing dangerous about these two places.
