Issue #19286: Ulfberth War-Bear carries a key that has no use

 
Ulfberth War-Bear carries a key called "Key to Ulfberth's House" [WhiterunUlfbethsKey]. It has no use in the game and should probably be removed from his inventory since whatever it was going to unlock never made it into the game.

Removed the key from his inventory.
