Issue #19306: M'aiq the Liar runs very short distances

M'aiq the Liar runs very short distances because his AI Package: 'MaiqTheLairWander' has the Preferred Speed flag enabled when it doesn't make sense for it to be checked because he never moves very far from the spot where he is spawned.

Perhaps they originally intended for him to travel the world, like he did in Oblivion. Maiq, or at least his lineage, is a recurring character in The Elder Scrolls series. Considering his unusual nature, I think it would be hard to definitively classify this as a bug.

I'm unsure about whether this is a bug or not, but have noticed that his encounter works differently than other world encounter quests in the game. For example - he will often stay in the same area for extended periods of time instead of unloading when you leave the area like other NPC encounters.

I'll admit, I'm not completely sure if this is an actual bug or not, but considering a similar issue was fixed in Bug <a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='http://www.afkmods.com/index.php?app=trac&amp;module=issues&amp;section=issues&amp;do=view&amp;id=18955'>#18955</a>, I figured I would suggest it anyway.

I don't think this one is an actual bug. His AI package is nothing more than a jury-rigged sandbox package that only lets him wander, and they had to intentionally check the box to set preferred speed on it.

Not at all the same outdoors with a huge radius as it is with Hulda, who is in a tightly restricted space.
