Issue #19404: MS14: Lami and Hroggar have lowered relationship ranks if Alva is killed

 
This appears to be because of their pre-quest relationship settings, which cause them to dislike you even if Alva is killed, even if she's on the run from Morthal.

This may be fixable by manually setting the relationships between Hroggar and Alva and Lami and Alva to 0 during MS14.

Fixed for USKP 2.1.3.

Once she's gone hostile, the relationship ranks with the two affected NPCs will be dropped to 0.
