Issue #19653: Provisioners keep their name when reassigned

 
Settlers assigned to supply lines (unlocked by Local Leader perk rank 1) are renamed to "Provisioner". This name stays if they are assigned to a different job (not another supply line).
Note: Settlers with other names than "Settler" are not renamed to "Provisioner" when assigned to a supply line, for example the "Worker" ghoul settlers from The Slog keep their names.

I have also found a settler assigned to a supply line who is still called "Settler". She is assigned to supply Boston Airport, which possibly does not count as an actual settlement.

"Clears Name When Removed" flag was not checked on the aliases that control provisioners, pack brahmin, and their guards.
