Resolution: Can't Fix - Engine Issue

Issue #19655: Bottlecaps stored in workshops cannot be inspected

 
When attempting to inspect a stack of bottlecaps stored in a workshop, pressing the button actually inspects the first item in the (alphabetic) list instead.

This should have been closed out years ago. It's a UI issue, which is beyond our scope.
