Resolution: Can't Fix - Engine Issue

Issue #19733: Water pumps useable in power armor even though an error comes up

 
The water pumps you can build in settlements give an error when activated while wearing power armor indicating you should not be able to use them. The healing effect and slurping sound still play though, which likely should not happen.

Typically system strings like this don't have ways to get around them.

There's no keyword on water pumps relating to this message (all existing keywords have other users) and water pumps are also not in any form list that the game might check. Everything points to this being controlled at engine level, so there's nothing we can do about it.
