Missing in action quest non-violence way doesn't work. Guardians of Northwatch Keep start attack player when he goes through gates.

This was fixed in USKP 1.2 and the fix is still in place in USLEEP so it shouldn't still be occurring unless you have a problem on your end such as a mod conflict or improperly sorted load order.

"Missing in Action" can now be completed using the non-violent method Bethesda had partially implemented. (Bug #245)

Load order is correct. I use USLEEP with russian translate maybe translate pack spoil fix for this mod? I give general's paper to guardian on the gates. He start leads me to Torald but after two steps he and castle guardians start attack.

I would say the fault lies with your Russian translation then. This quest was one of the things I specifically tested for when USLEEP merged. Everything works exactly as expected - but naturally we can only test English versions.

You need to take this up with whoever provided your Russian translation.
