Issue #19993: Avulstein disabled with visible quest marker

 
In Missing in Action, if the player skips bringing the proof to Avulstein and goes directly to Northwatch to rescue Thorald, there will still be a quest marker pointing to Avulstein upon the player's return. At this point, however, Avulstein is disabled, so the quest marker is effectively pointing at nothing.

Fixed for USLEEP 3.0.3.

Upon locating Thorald in the keep, the objective will be cleared if active.
