Issue #19999: Jack Cabot never goes home

 
After completing the "The Secret of Cabot House" quest by killing Lorenzo Cabot, Jack Cabot will forever remain in the Parsons Asylum Basement and never returns home, simply repeating "leave me to mourn my father" over and over.
