Issue #20075: [Fix Coming Very Soon] Windmills building have a window on only one side [sfarmhousesilo.nif]

 
Basically, exactly the same problem as <a href="http://www.afkmods.com/index.php?app=trac&amp;module=issues&amp;section=issues&amp;do=view&amp;id=18814">Issue 18814</a>, but on the windmill from Solitude assets.
Meshes/Architecture/Solitude/Farms/sfarmhousesilo.nif
The modified fixed mesh is done at this time, but I want to test it myself ingame first.
