Resolution: Can't Fix - Engine Issue

Issue #20109: Rumble effect in Riften

 
Whenever I enter the main city of Riften, either from outside or from one of the interior buildings, my controller's rumble pack activates for a long moment for no apparent reason. It doesn't appear to be related to anything, but it happens consistently, no matter where in the city I am. I know this is esoteric as most PC players use keyboard, but I'm wondering if there's a fix.

There isn't. That's an engine related issue that's outside of our control.
