Issue #20139: Tesla Science does not provide the described bonus

 
The Tesla Science magazine perk is not providing the described bonus due to using the DamageTypeEnergy keyword which no weapon in the game actually has set.

Instead, it needs to check the following:

WeaponTypeAlienBlaster
WeaponTypeGatlingLaser
WeaponTypeLaser
WeaponTypeLaserMusket
WeaponTypePlasma
