Resolution: Fixed

Issue #20141: Guards hostile to Hroggar after MS14

 
Title pretty much says it all. Long after MS14 was complete and Hroggar was supposedly back to normal, I went to Morthal and found him running around like a madman. The guards all ganged up on him and killed him. Whether he was hostile to them, they to him, or mutual, I don't know.

Fixed for USLEEP 3.0.5.

It appears this may be caused by Hroggar not being added back into Morthal's crime faction when the quest ends.
