Issue #20291: Unexplained light source in Wilderness Cell -18, 5

ISSUE : In the wilderness west of ArcJet Systems is a ruined shop by the road. At night the shop is illuminated by an oil lamp as expected but there is an additional unexplained light source up the hill and to the left which is clearly visible at night. Take care when visiting this location in game as there is an ambush.

Examining the Cell in the CK shows that there is a large block of cliff objects below the ground with two light sources that do not appear to have any function. I suspect a cut and paste error during landscape creation.

Fixed for UFO4P 1.0.1.

It turns out that two of the light sources edited (0014B997, 0014B99C) are in precombs and shouldn't have been touched. They'll have to stay unfixed because breaking precombs causes problems.

Reverted the two references above in UFO4P 2.1.4. See Issue #31619 for a fix to hide them from view and attempt to suppress the emitted light.
