Issue #20341: Diamond City: Paul's Family

 
Paul's wife and son do not appear to relocate to Cooke's house after Paul gains ownership of it at the end of Diamond City Blues.

Both Darcy and Pete have packages specifically calling on them to sleep and sandbox in Cooke's old house if Paul has taken ownership of it.

These NPCs are also involved in a number of other things though which may hold them from actually going there until later on.
