Issue #20550: [Far Harbor] Decontamination arch in Nucleus stops working after telling Mai you repaired it

 
If you accept the quest to fix the decontamination arches in Nucleus, they work once you repair them. That is, right up until you tell Mai you fixed them. Then pushing the button causes them to stop working. I played through and fixed it so they remove radiation rather than add it so it could simply be something wrong on that side of the quest.

I can confirm this bug also happens when you leave the arches as Mai intended, for the arches to deliver irradiated water.

I still had a dialog option to talk about it with Sister Mai after the quest but i didn't clicked it. I tested the arch and it was working.
I left the nucleus for less than a day and came back: it was still working, but i came back later again, like 24 or 48 hours, and at this point it wasn't working anymore.
Did 3 new games with the same deal : it works then stop after like 1-2 days.
