Issue #20600: Bralsa Drel dialogue after The Final Descent

Bralsa Drel in Raven Rock from the Dragonborn DLC have three lines that doesn't fit after the mine has been reopened (the Final Descent) considering she's a miner by trade.

"Don't pity me. And don't look at me like that. I know what I am."

"I could swing a pickaxe better than any man in the mines. Made thousands of coins. Now it's all gone."

"How are you supposed to live when your only means of trade is yanked out from under you?"

This assumption is based on her other lines which are positive and how much of a changed (for the better) person she is, and the fact that she gets a job working the mines and aren't a street beggar anymore.

Sorry it got a little bit messy with everything put together like that, but there is three lines that should be disabled after the quest.

All three of those are missing a GetGlobalValue condition check for the 'DLC2RRMine' global. In this case they should be set to be == 0 which appears to indicate that the mine hasn't been reopened yet. At least that's how other topics like this have been handled.
