Issue #20863: Here there be Monsters pipboy objectives display issue

 
The quest objective "Investigate the Submarine" either never, or in some cases, doesn't ever get checked off in the pipboy's list of quest objectives.

This has no bearing on quest progression, but is rather odd.

From what Ive found via in-game testing, this is due to quest stage 210 never being checked off

The objective "Investigate the submarine" (#20) is specifically completed in stages 202, 205, and 210.

From what I can see in this quest, it is not possible to bypass stage 202 or 205 because those both get set upon talking to the captain on board the sub. 210 would only get set once you've refused to help him, which is deep into his conversation tree.
