Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch

During FreeformRiften21, Vekel has two dialogue branches for returning with Arondil's journals -- one for receiving the quest, collecting all the journals, and returning to him, and one for collecting all the journals before receiving the quest.
Picking up one journal would add the objective to collect all of them, and then prompt the player to return to Vekel when all four were found -- regardless of whether or not Vekel had actually given the player the quest.
This was fixed in older versions of the Unofficial Patch by replacing Vekel's dialogue for returning with the journals after receiving the quest with his dialogue for collecting all the journals without being told to. This was allegedly to fix Vekel saying that he'd promised the player a reward.
A proper fix would be to simply not have objectives entered into the player's log by picking up a journal unless the player has begun the quest.
