Issue #20995: Killing a reanimated J'zhar starts "Rejoining the College"

 
If you or your following raise J'zhar, the dead khajiit found near the beginning of Alftand, from the dead and then proceed to (re)kill him it will count as killing a Winterhold College member, starting the "Rejoining the College" quest. Although I do have plenty of mods installed, I can confirm that this is a vanilla issue due to it being mentioned on the <a href="http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/J'zhar">wiki</a>.

Fixed for USLEEP 3.0.6.

The reason for this is that he's part of CollegeofWinterholdFaction and CrimeFactionWinterhold. Neither of those factions setting should be present on dead NPCs.
