Likely every instance of these is in the cell's precombined data meaning there is nothing we can do to fix it without invalidating the cell's precombined/vis. Including new precomb/vis just invites massive mod incompatibilities.

Some of these references may be in precomb stuff, but the CK doesn't honor that and the defect is still visible there. Not all of the refs I see are part of a precomb either so the meshes can be fixed once the problem is determined. It's not a problem with shadow flags, I checked those and they're set to cast shadows.
