Issue #21247: Carlisle Typewriter has no havok data AKA Oblivion Paintbrush situation.

 
I was playing with all the DLC and happened to find a "Carlisle Typewriter" inside the Vim! Factory' front desk in Far Harbor, though I don't think this is relevant to the bug. The typewriter is a scrappable object that can be brought back in my inventory, it has a scrap recipe. But when I drop it out of the inventory it stays in midair. It allows jumping on it as if it was a static object.




So I guess the correct fix would be to apply the same havok settings as the regular scrappable typewriter.
