So the subtitle text actually says "The Age of Aggression?" Maybe something is messed up with the scripting for Hearthfire bards if that's the case.

Bards should always sing "The Age of Oppression" if they're in a Stormcloak controlled hold and "The Age of Aggression" if they're in an Imperial controlled hold. This is true regardless of your allegiance in the war.

FYI I regained The Pale to the Imperials and now she sings Age of Aggression normally as told

I've been unable to replicate her singing the wrong song regardless of which save it's being tested with. I would conclude from this that it either got stealth fixed by Bethesda or this was a temporary fluke that eventually righted itself. The script itself is pretty clear that this should be impossible.

If this turns out to still be broken, please submit a reopen request and provide us a save where it can be verified. Short of that, we're going to close this now.
