Issue #22060: Circlets not showing on female elf races

ive encountered a visual bug where circlets are not rendering or appearing on female elf races, dunmer, aldmer, and bosmer. they seem to work on orseimer. the human and argonian races are unaffected by this issue.

the circlets can be equipped, and still not render on the players head.
1. I've tested it with all mods disabled, and circlets appear when it is run as vanilla.
2. I began enabling mods and disabling mods to test which one was causing the issue.
3. enabled all mods keeping USSEP DISABLED. (circlets would appear when equipped)
4. disabled all mods, keeping USSEP enabled (circlets were invisible once again)

5. double tested each individual mod (plugin count is 58) and concluded USSEP was the culprit.

i could have any and all mods, or any individual mod aside from ussep active and the circlets would still appear. but once ussep was activated the circlets stopped appearing.

i should also note every single plugin and official game is up to date.

One of the project members did do fixes for circlets to correct gaps on female elves' foreheads a long time ago, but that has been confirmed to work correctly for years. Not sure if something else you're using isn't playing nice with the fixes done in the patch so I'd start by looking at any other mods that make changes to them.

Edit: Someone else mentioned this on the forums and I was able to confirm it in my game in SSE, so I changed the ticket status. We'll have to look into this further and figure out what changed in 4.0.6 (if anything).

Not sure how it ended up happening but resource files used by the female elf circlets got pushed up a folder level so the esp was unable to find them.

It's now fixed.
