Issue #22344: "That spell looks dangerous" w/ Thrall bug

 
I recently reanimated two Dremora using the "Dead Thrall" Spell, but now all that anyone nearby says to me is that "that spell looks dangerous" and that I should keep my distance. This occurs for many different voice types and will often be repeated by NPCs who have other lines of dialogue yet to be used. It doesn't make sense because I'm not even wielding a spell, I just have two thralls following me. I hope this isn't another unique case I've reported. Killing the thralls causes the NPCs to stop using this dialogue, so hopefully a fix can be found. Thanks.

Also, the Shrine in the Temple of Kynareth does not remove the effect shown in "Active Effects", which is probably causing the dialogue issue.
