Issue #22487: Walk through wall

There is a wall you can walk through on one of the upper levels of the Mass Fusion place, it takes you into a small room and you can't get back out.

We're going to need to get a form ID from the affected area as merely describing it in loose details or with a video is not sufficient to pin it down.

I was able to reproduce this, even with UFO4P 2.0.1 installed. Here's a more specific description of the location: It's in the northeast corner, on the same floor as the Strength Bobblehead.

Using the console, I got ID 0009d8e1 for the inside of the broken elevator door (that says "Out of Order";). I hope that helps to track this down.

I also observed some other strange behavior in that elevator shaft:
1. I could not exit my power armor while in there, though I didn't get the "You can't exit your armor here" message like I would with my back up against a wall. I was figuring maybe since the hidden entrance was so narrow, it would be possible to get back out when not in power armor. Even when I exited my power armor before going into the shaft, no such luck.
2. Three floors up, I saw an elevator door that wasn't labeled as out of order. I didn't have a jet pack, but I tcl'ed up to it and found I could interact with it. However, it didn't actually open until I turned collisions back on.
3. When I went higher while still in tcl mode, my companions teleported closer, and seemed to be standing on an invisible floor at the same level as the openable elevator door, though they fell once collisions were back on and the door opened (to an area filled with debris)
4. After turning collisions back on, I could no longer turn them off again.

Edit: a few levels later, I've got a jet pack, but wasn't able to get up high enough inside the elevator shaft to interact with the non-out-of-order door "legitimately" (with 3 Agility I don't have a lot of AP). However, I determined that it lines up with the glass floor that the round elevator stops at during either of the quests that take place in the building.

I'm standing next to the reference ID.
I'm able to walk through this silver strip of metal into the elevator shaft I believe MauveCloud was talking about. There is no way out.
On the same floor with the ele with the broken door, you can clip through it's corner.

The corner between '' (0009da30) and '' (00059940) can be clipped through. Same wall other side can be clipped through.
Two stories up at '' (0016b2c7), while normally not accessible, a jetpack can get you there. This also has a broken corner. Directly across the room from there (also typically inaccessible) another broken corner. Elevator ref for this one is '' (0016b2bb)

The wall extruding from the light source '' (0016b296) has a corner that can be clipped through. When facing the light it's the corner on the left.

The rusted out wall next to the door '' (0009d8c7) can be clipped through with a jump. (Interesting way to pick pocket that fusion core!)

All the walls/corners refer to the outter facing corner... "The sharp point you don't want to hit your head on" Often types the wall has a pipe mesh or rusted out silver corners (like in the case of the first one) and no collision mapped to them.

'' (0016b3c2) has two corns that can also be clipped through. And I think that's the last of them for the MassFusion01 cell. The one on the right is super difficult to get through but it's doable.
