Issue #22849: Mattress scrap recipe mismatches

 
Constructible mattresses return 3 cloth when scrapped. Non-constructible ones however return 3 cloth and 2 steel (as specified by COBJ Workshop_CO_ScrapMattress).

workshop_co_BedMattress and workshop_co_SleepMattress formulas did not require steel. Consistent with the returns of other similar items, these mattresses will now require 4 steel in addition to the 6 cloth they already ask for. The scrap recipe appears to be correct in returning 3 cloth and 2 steel.
