Issue #23071: 1st person camera has wrong viewpoint height

I have discovered it thanks to a mod on the Nexus. Apparently 1st person camera viewpoint is attached to the character's chin instead of his/her eyes.
Here is a screenshot better explaining the situation:

I have contacted the author for permission, and currently waiting for his reply.

Unfortunately the author did not give permission due to mod being unfinished (although in my testing it seems to do just fine). Unless someone is able to come up with a proper solution, there is not much we can do.

This kind of mod is not generally reliable either. Altering basic skeleton meshes is usually asking for trouble. So it would be beyond scope for the patch in any case. Definitely not worth it for a difference of inches.
