Issue #23129: "Equilibrium" spell wrongly affected by Restoration's "Regeneration" perk
As this page of the UESPWiki reports:
The amount of health drained and magicka restored by this spell is erroneously increased by 50% if you have the Regeneration perk in the Restoration skill tree, due to this spell having the MagicRestoreHealth keyword set on both of the spell's effects. How I noticed it: I was using Equilibrium + Detect Life while inside the circle of the spell "Guardian Circle" to keep using Detect Life for as long as possible to level up Alteration, but the health drain was still faster than the Circle's regeneration, so I tried activating the Regeneration perk and the situation got worse, I started losing health faster than before. |
I forgot to mention that this bug is very probably present in Skyrim SE too.
I can confirm that this is indeed still present in SSE.
Looking carefully at the way this is set up, it seems clear enough to me that this isn't actually a bug since it increases the health drain rate while also increasing the magicka conversion rate. So without concrete evidence to say otherwise I have to conclude this spell is working exactly as it should when combined with the Regeneration perk.
